Exclusive toplines are yours only, once purchased no one else can buy or use them.
Non-exclusive toplines can be purchased by multiple producers.
Cover vocals can be purchased by multiple producers. You will need a covers license to release commercially (which is easy to do).
This means you have the rights to publish this song on all streaming platforms. When you purchase one of my services, once the service has been delivered and completed you own these rights. My service is a flat fee payment.
My one T&C is my name cannot be associated with the song visually or verbally, my name cannot be used and I must remain anonymous.
You are welcome to either use my alias “SKV” or leave it uncredited.
Yes! Once you purchase, you can use them in your tracks without worrying about extra fees or royalties.
Of course! You’re free to tweak, pitch, rearrange and process them however you like to fit your production.
You may NOT:
- Release a cover commercially without first obtaining the appropriate mechanical license.
- Resell, redistribute, or share the original vocal files.
- Register the track with Content ID systems (e.g., YouTube, Facebook) unless all rights have been cleared.
- Use “Sean Killeen” (or any variation) in public credits, metadata, or marketing for the cover
- Train AI or voice synthesis tools using these samples.
- Clone, replicate, or imitate the voice using AI or other automated tools.
- Extract or isolate stems with AI for voice reproduction.
Violating this may result in legal action, takedown requests, and immediate license termination.
These toplines are written and recorded with EDM, House, and Pop in mind, but they’re versatile enough to work across a wide range of electronic and commercial styles.
